  • Observe and discuss physician workflow and individual level of comfort with the workstations.
  • Assess, understand and observe the efficiency of image distribution throughout the enterprise. Diagnostic, Clinical and Web Clients
  • Determine the level of satisfaction and scope of use among the referring physicians as it relates to the web product.
  • Inquire and determine the reliability of the PACS system and the level of satisfaction with AGFA service support.
  • Assess the level of satisfaction and acceptance among the technologists with the PACS system.
  • Determine percentage filmless and assess how much film the facility is still utilizing.
  • Quantify the level of staff reductions and where they were taken.
  • Assess the network and determine future network needs to include sending images to remote locations.

    • Critical Care image distribution and soft copy diagnostic and clinical review for ER/ICU. Soft copy review stations include DS 3000 Diagnostic review, CS5000 Clinical review, and PC stations. The core is EMC (Clarion RAID), Centera Primary archive and MOD secondary storage.
  • Agfa IMPAX R4.5 Upgrade timeline March 2004
  • Implemented Web1000 v4.0 with EMC Clarion RAID for VPN distribution
